Our smallest spaces comfortably accommodate meetings starting at 60 attendees, while our larger spaces can host events with many thousands of participants. With options ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, we have something to suit every event size and requirement.
Unlike other event centers, that require outside contractors to provide services, all of our event services are on-site, from exhibitor services, decoration, furniture configurations, booth build-out, signage, box office services, dock management, material handling, power, internet access, engineering, rigging, security, housekeeping services, event management, and more.

Our parking lot is conveniently located in front of the main entrance, directly off the freeway. Attendees and exhibitors can take advantage of the adjacent parking lot, which offers 1,100 spots. Event day parking is available for $25. There are also multiple local parking options and street parking in the surrounding area for added convenience.
Magic Box is within walking distance of the Blue Line Grand Ave station and 0.5 miles from the 23/Flower Expo Line station, providing easy access to public transportation.
Yes, Magic Box is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, providing easy access to several nearby hotels within walking distance. We have established partnerships with some of these hotels to offer special rates and packages for event attendees and exhibitors.
Unlike other event centers that require outside contractors to provide services, all of our event services are on-site. If Magic Box does not have a specific inventory or service on-site, we allow producers to choose their own vendors. This flexibility ensures your event is exactly as you envision it.

From Wi-Fi to hardline drops anywhere on the event floor, our network has the capacity to provide service to thousands of simultaneous users, on an individual basis or for groups of all sizes. We also have the resources available to engineer high-density networks for your high-tech events.
We are a Sho-Soft event venue (join for free www.sho-soft.com). Sho-Soft is a versatile event management platform that streamlines planning and execution for event professionals. It provides tools for integrating venues, producers, and exhibitors, including calendar, activities/task management, exhibitor services, quoting/invoicing, and more, all of which directly connects Magic Box to you and your team.
Magic Box does not require Food and Beverage minimums, and producers have the flexibility to choose an external caterer. During pre-production, our team is happy to assist you with recommendations if needed.
